Responsibilities
Identify manufacturing facilities that fit our placement criteria
Contact business owners, plant managers, HR managers, and operations managers
Present the benefits of our vending machine program
Schedule meetings or introductions with decision-makers
Assist with securing signed location agreements
Ideal Location Criteria
45+ employees on-site daily
Multiple shifts preferred
Limited nearby food and beverage options
Dedicated break room or common area
Consistent employee foot traffic throughout the day
Qualifications
Strong communication and networking skills
Comfortable making phone calls and sending emails
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Sales, recruiting, or business development experience is a plus
Compensation
